Many thanks to six-year-old Molly Baker from Kingsthorpe who has raised an incredible £1206 (to date) by creating rainbow keyrings to help raise funds for us. Molly made these keyrings in memory of her Nana who sadly passed away at the beginning of April.
Molly’s mother Emma said: “Originally we bought a couple of kits so she could make them for her friends to say she was missing them. “From there we thought about raising money for a local charity in memory of her Nana. It gave her something positive to do as she wasn’t able to go to her Nana’s funeral or say goodbye to her.”
The money raised will be used by Breast Friends to continue supporting people affected by breast cancer in Northants and surrounding area.
