Until further notice, all real-world events have been put on hold.
However, we are instead running multiple events each month for our members that include keep-fit sessions with the likes of OverPower Northampton and Aligned Pilates. As well as focussing on the body we are also running relaxation sessions with Lemonkind Mindfulness.
As well as the above we have transferred our coffee mornings to the online world and with other activities, we are close to running almost 50 online events per month.
You can still access the Facebook Private Group, Secondary Group or just the Facebook Page and all smaller groups such as Book Clubs and Coffee Clubs will have a WhatsApp group you can join.
We are running all of our remote sessions using the free Zoom app where possible, check out the monthly newsletter for the full listing.
