Through LemonKind we have been running weekly drop-in mindfulness sessions for almost a year now, sharing relaxation techniques through mindful meditation and conversation. The sessions are run by Sarah who is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist as well as a Mindfulness Now Teacher.
These sessions have been part of our initiative to involve our members during the lockdown period with our online events and it was one of the first sessions that we ran remotely via Zoom.
